My Wine Experience Of Broadmoore Estates Merlot Wine

To understand the background of this rare and exclusive wine you need to understand the process and background of this wine. I tried the Broadmoore Estates Merlot Wine that was sent with my Wine Club Membership.

The Tuscan variety is well suited to the warm days and cool nights of the Central Cost of California. The crop was kept to low tonnage to the acre to help increase the concentration. The grapes for this wine were picked early in the morning to preserve the acidity. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to small oak barrels and aged for eighteen months. This wine will age well for three to five years

I found this wine to be quite tasteful and pleasant to the palate. I tasted and could smell the aromas of cherries, oak and small hints of Worcestershire. This wine pairs well with white bean salad, grilled steak and blue cheeses or even grilled pork. To get more information on this wine please visit us on the web. Click here!
